How to activate your new account

Please set aside a few minutes and follow these 3 EASY STEPS. Perhaps print this out before you begin:

1 Request temporary password

Click on the link below. Enter your Candle Club email address and click Continue.

A temporary password will be emailed back to you within a few minutes. (see special note below).

2 Sign-In

When you have received your temporary password, click on this link: http://www.dusk.com.au/store

Click on 'Log In' in the navigation bar just under the shopping bag logo.

Then, in the Log In box, enter your email address and the temporary password and click 'Sign In.'

When the screen refreshes click 'My Account' in the navigation bar under the shopping bag logo to go to your account page.

3 Activate your account

Go to My Account > 'View or Change my account info'
– Fill out any blank boxes (indicated with an *)
– Click 'Continue'

Go to My Account > 'View or Change address book'
– Click the 'Edit' button next to your name and enter your address details
– Click 'Update'
– Click 'Back' to return to the main menu

Go to My Account > 'Change my password' (optional)
– In the current password box enter your temporary password
– In the other two boxes enter a password of your choice and click 'Continue'

That's it! If you followed these steps then your new Candle Club membership account is active – and for your convenience – you also have a ready-made free shopping account at the dusk Online Store. (See above about how to SAVE 10% on your first online purchase).

If you do nothing you will still continue to receive regular Candle Club offers and news but in order to change your membership details, unsubscribe or shop online you will need to activate and log-in to your personal membership account, as detailed above.
