1. Program Overview
1.1. The dusk Rewards Loyalty Program ('the Program') is operated by dusk Australasia Pty Ltd ABN 45 090 850 383 of Building 1, Level 3, 75 - 85 O'Riordan St Alexandria NSW 2015 ('dusk', 'we' or 'us').
2.1. dusk Rewards memberships are open to individuals with an Australian residential address and valid email address.
2.2. dusk reserves the discretion to accept or reject any application.
2.3. Employees of dusk are not eligible to apply.
2.4. Corporate and distributor accounts are ineligible.
2.5. All Members will be assigned a Membership number. This number will be used for identification purposes.

3.1 Customers participating in the Program can obtain rewards by making purchases at participating dusk stores operated by dusk ('Stores') and can redeem such awards at participating stores
3.2 For discount to apply a valid dusk Rewards card must be presented at the time of the transaction
3.3 Discounts do not apply to the purchase of dusk gift cards. Discounts will apply when redeeming a dusk gift card.
3.4 Shipping discount applies to standard shipping and express shipping for orders from www.dusk.com.au. Discount is not valid in conjunction with free shipping or any other shipping offers.
3.5 Discounts, offers or vouchers issued to dusk Rewards members are not transferrable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.6 Already discounted products are defined as any products that are part of a pre-existing discounted offer, and will therefore attract a 5% discount for dusk Rewards Members. This includes ‘3 for 2’ and ‘Buy 1 get 1 x% off’ offers.
4.1 A dusk Rewards card is not transferrable and may only be used by the registered member
4.2 The dusk Rewards card is issued by and remains the property of dusk Australasia Pty Ltd and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
5. Personal Details
5.1 By providing your email address, you consent to receiving exclusive dusk Rewards offers in your inbox.
5.2 Information provided by you and information about transactions will be retained by dusk.
5.4 It is the responsibility of the member to keep their personal details updated and correct. You can update your details in store or online at www.dusk.com.au/duskrewards. If dusk is not notified about a change of personal details, we may not be able to provide the full benefits of the program and may need to cancel your membership.
6. Membership Expiry or Cancellation
6.1 Membership is valid for two years from the date of joining and will need to be renewed after this period.
6.2 Membership can be renewed in store or online at www.dusk.com.au/duskrewards.
6.3 Members may cancel their membership at any time by visiting a dusk store or contacting the dusk Help Team at email@example.com.
7. Changes to the Program
7.1 dusk reserves the right to modify the terms of or withdrawal the dusk Rewards programme at any time without prior notice.
7.2 The joining fee is not refundable should the member wish to withdraw from the programme or should dusk Australasia Pty Ltd cancel the program.
8. Lost, damaged or stolen cards
8.1 If a dusk Rewards card is lost, stolen or damaged, the dusk Team may issue a replacement card in store. Visit a dusk store or contact the dusk Help Team at firstname.lastname@example.org in regards to lost cards.
9.1 Members can view their membership information by logging on to the dusk website www.dusk.com.au/duskrewards
