A physical gift card can be purchased at any one of ou 150+ stores across Australia & New Zealand.
All gift card purchases online will be an emailed gift card that can be used in stores or online.
What is the expiry of your gift cards?
All gift cards (Physical or Digital) are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Can I use my gift card online and in-store?
Yes, all gift cards (those that have been purchased in store and those that have been purchased online) can be used in store or online.
I lost my gift card. What do I do?
Please treat your dusk Gift Card like cash. Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be replaced if they are lost or stolen.
Your dusk Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
Can I get a refund for an item I have purchased with a gift card?
Yes. The refund will be processed as a new Gift Card.
Note: Refunds will be processed to payment methods used in the transaction prior to issuing of a new Gift Card.
I have an Ultimate Gift Card. Can I use that in-store or online?
