MOTHER'S DAY DELIVERIES

99.5% of all parcels ordered prior to the 29th April were shipped on or before 30th April. Please note, Australia Post are experiencing delays on some parcels.

WAREHOUSE UPDATE

Our Sydney warehouse continues to work to ensure all online orders are dispatched within a timely manner.

STANDARD SHIPPING DELAYS

At present dusk online is experiencing a large volume of orders due to the Covid-19 outbreak. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for dusk to pick, pack and dispatch of your order from our Sydney warehouse. You may also experience additional delays with Australia Post and these delays are outside of our control.

EXPRESS SHIPPING DELAYS

Express Shipping is being dispatched from our Sydney warehouse either the same or next business day. Express Shipping may also experience additional delays with Australia Post and these delays are outside of our control.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Please note that Customer Service are not taking phones calls at present due to working from home policy and the safety of the team.

We are currently experiencing around a 2 to 3 day delay to respond to your email enquiries, and over the past few weeks we have been employing additional team members to assist you.

WARNING - MOTHER'S DAY DELIVERIES

Australia Post have advised us that their recommended final date for ordering online for National Delivery for Mother's Day will be (Today) Wednesday 29th April. Our Sydney warehouse team have been working extremely hard 7 days a week to ensure all orders are dispatched.

Please note, dusk cannot be held responsible for delays within the Australia Post network if your parcel does not arrive on time.

MOTHER'S DAY DELIVERIES

Australia Post have advised us that their recommended final date for ordering Natioanlly for Mother's Day will be Wednesday 29th April, we will we working hard to ensure all orders that are ordered prior to or on the 29th April are dispatched on 30th April. Sydney metro should place their orders by or on the 2nd May. Updates will be posted to this page daily from today.

Our Sydney warehouse has worked throughout the Easter weekend to ensure all online orders are dispatched.

At present we are experiencing a 2 to 3 business day delay in dispatching standard shipping orders. Australia Post are also experiencing some delays. Please be patient and your order will be with you soon enough.

Standard Shipping

Your orders are important to us and we continue to see a delay of around 4 to 5 business days to dispatch orders from our Sydney warehouse via Standard Shipping.

This is due to the closure of all dusk retail stores within Australia and the Covid-19 outbreak. The safety of our team is important to us and we have had to change the way we work.

Australia Post are also experiencing delays and everybody is doing their very best to delivery your beautiful fragrant product(s) to you.

Please assist us by refraining to contact Customer Service and allow extra ample time for your delivery.

In total you should be allowing up to 10 business days to receive your Standard Shipping order from dusk.

Express Shipping

All Express Shipping orders are currently being dispatched for our Sydney warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.

As per Standard Shipping, you may experience delays with Australia Post delivering Express Items.

In total you should be allowing up to 5 business days to receive your Express Shipping order from dusk.

Covid-19 Update

Shipping

Any online orders using Express Post are being processed within normal service levels.

Orders using the Standard Shipping method are experiencing approximately a 3 day delay due to order volumes. Please be patient and refrain from contacting Customer Service. Rest assured the entire team is working hard to process your order.

Customer Service

For the safety of the Customer Service Team, they are currently working from home like most other Australians and are unable to take your telephone calls at present.

If your enquiry relates to Tracking your Online Order (Shipping), please allow at least 3 extra business days before contacting Customer Service.

All enquires to Customer Service should be via our email address help@dusk.com.au. Please refrain from submitting multiple or duplicate requests as this will lead to longer delays.

Our Online store is open for business.

As you may be aware, dusk closed all retail stores within Australia yesterday for the safety of the team, customers and the community due to the Covid-19 outbreak. As a result, this has created additional load on our online operation.

All orders are important to us and we working hard to process each and every order as quickly as possible.

Please be patient, delays may be experienced due to this increase in volume. Delays should not be more than a few extra days for standard shipping orders.

Please note, our Customer Service Team are also working hard to take all your calls and answer your emails. Please allow a few days before contacting them if your enquiry relates to your orders expected delivery time.
