Standard delivery within Australia
We use AusPOST's eParcel system to deliver items Australia-wide from our Online Store in Sydney, NSW. Orders are generally delivered in approximately 2 - 5 working days. Some rural locations may take slightly longer.

- FREE delivery on orders over $150 (excludes corporate orders and express post)
We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential and PO Box addresses in Australia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.
As of 9/5/17 - we can no longer guarentee delivery of online deliveries before Mother's Day. For urgent gifts, please visit our Team in store.
Express delivery within Australia
We use AusPOST's Express Post to deliver items Australia-wide from our Online Store in Sydney, NSW.
- $24.95 for postage and handling within Australia.
Orders for delivery within main city metro area's Australia-wide will be delivered in approximately 1 - 3 working days. Delivery to rural areas will receive the fastest possible delivery using existing transport links, this may take up to 6 days.
Gift Card & dusk Rewards Membership Card Delivery
Gift Cards and dusk Rewards Membership Cards are despatched from our Customer Support Office and will arrive separately from other products you may have ordered.
If your order includes a Gift Card or dusk Rewards Membership and other products, your delivery charge will be as the above Standard or Express delivery, depending on the method you choose.
If your order only includes a Gift Card the following delivery charges will apply:
- $5.95 for Standard delivery for Gift Cards and FREE delivery for dusk Rewards Membership Card. Generally arrives in approximately 3 - 6 working days.
- $9.95 for Express Delivery for Gift Card. Generally arrives in approximately 1 - 4 working days.
If your order only includes a dusk Rewards Membership your membership card will be delivered free of charge.
If you already have a dusk Rewards Membership card when you purchase or renew your membership you will not need a new card to be delivered. You can use your existing card. In this case, if your order only consists of a dusk Rewards Membership no postage costs will apply.
New Zealand deliveries
We currently offer standard delivery to New Zealand. Items are delivered by standard international air mail with signature on delivery. You will receive your order in approximately 10 - 21 working days from your order date.

- FREE delivery on New Zealand orders over $250 (excludes corporate orders and express post)
New Zealand Gift Card Delivery
Gift Cards are despatched from our Customer Support Office in Sydney and will arrive separately from other products you may have ordered.
If your order includes a Gift Card and other products, your delivery charge will be $19.95, as above.
If your order only includes a Gift Card, your order will be sent by Registered International Post and the following delivery charges will apply:
- $15.95 for Standard delivery for Gift Card or dusk Rewards Membership Card
Please be aware in some cases deliveries may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it takes for an item to clear customs.
Please note that delivery charges do not include relevant customs duties or taxes that may be incurred, and these charges are payable by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.
Refunds and Returns Policy
We have a no hassle money back guarantee when it comes to customer satisfaction on products purchased from dusk:
If you are not happy with your purchase - at any time, for any reason, just call 1300 387 543 or email email@example.com for an exchange or full refund (excludes dusk Gift Cards – which cannot be refunded or replaced).
If your order arrives less than perfect please provide a photo to firstname.lastname@example.org so we can organise a replacement or refund. Alternatively you are welcome to take the less than perfect order into your local dusk store where it can be processed straight away. Please note we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods.
Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
Can I cancel my order?
An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel please contact us immediately using our Contact form or call us on 1300 387 543 before the goods have left our control. You will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.
