Body Wash Directions:
Apply to dry skin and massage gently in circular motions to exfoliate and smooth. Rinse with warm water. For best result use 1-3 times weekly and follow with a moisturiser.

Body Scrub Directions:
Apply a generous amount into hand or directly on body and massaging into a lather and rinse off.
