Order Tracking

How do I track my online order?

To track your order please visit the Track My Order page.

You will require your online order number starting with the digit 3, as well as your delivery addrress post code.

If you have received a tracking number from Australia Post, please refer to the Australia Post website https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search to receive further tracking information.


Australian Deliveries

Delivery Promotions

From time to time dusk will run delivery promotions where you can qualify for Free Delivery.

Australian Deliveries

Normally, all goods are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse same or next business day.

All parcels are sent via the Australia Post network.

dusk offers Standard Delivery throughout Australia and Express Post to most areas. Please check online to see your options.

NOTE: Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, Australia Post are experiencing delays in their network. Please note that dusk cannot be held responsible for delays within the Australia Post network.

All delivery charges are calculated at the time of purchase and are based on the amount of your order, your location and the products being ordered.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking details which will allow you to track your order via the Australia Post website. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking details to be registered in the Australia Post systems.

We suggest you give an address where you will most likely be during the day to receive delivery, as you will be asked to sign for the receipt of your parcel. We can deliver to all business, residential, PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers in Australia. If you are not at home at the time of delivery a notification card will be left for collection at your local post office.


Gift Card Deliveries

Gift Cards (excluding eGift Cards) are dispatched from our Customer Support Office and will arrive separately from other products you may have ordered.

If your order includes a Gift Card and other products, you will only be charged one delivery charge, depending on the delivery method you choose.

If your order only includes a Gift Card, your order will be sent by Registered Post and a $5.95 delivery charge will apply. Gift Cards are sent through Registered Post and need to be signed for.


New Zealand Deliveries

We currently offer standard delivery to New Zealand. Items are delivered by standard international air mail with signature on delivery.

You should receive your order in approximately 10 - 21 business days.

Please note that delivery charges do not include relevant customs duties or taxes that may be incurred, and these charges are payable by the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

New Zealand Gift Card Delivery

Gift Cards are despatched from our Customer Support Office in Sydney and will arrive separately from other products you may have ordered.

If your order includes a Gift Card and other products, you will only be charged one delivery charge, depending on the delivery method you choose.

If your order only includes a Gift Card, your order will be sent by Registered International Post and a $15.95 delivery charge will apply. Please be aware in some cases deliveries may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, depending on the amount of time it takes for an item to clear customs.

International Deliveries

Does dusk deliver to International Addresses?

At present dusk only delivers to Australia and New Zealand addresses and does not ship any goods outside of these countries.
